Located near mountain foothills, the area has new high-rise buildings & wide streets. Lobby décor amazing, like you have entered a stylish library. Staff - including the hotel CEO - were exceptional in arranging a 'birdwatching tour' for us. (They had never done this before) Hotel has a team development & social contribution program, where they pick up litter in parks etc. every week. Buffet breakfast had mostly Asian cuisine options - eg steam egg with seaweed, water chestnut cake, stewed tofu with mushrooms, boiled corn buttons, pork hot dogs, a variety of steamed buns. Also toast & fresh fruit & occasionally dishes such as Hungarian chicken, spaghetti bolognaise. On departure we left some (very) small change & a magazine in our room & were notified about this by SMS before we had reached the Huching Train Station.

The hotel is clean and had good facilities for the kids to play (Playstation etc.). Staff was very friendly and did everything to make guests feel good. Breakfast was ok, not much choice and hardly any western options. It was sufficient though

The beds were comfortable, the staff were great, and there was a games room for teenagers. There was also a night market that popped up directly outside on our first night there.

The front desk staff are friendly and water dispenser is in the floor hallway so it’s convenient to get drinking water.
